Relatives may gather together via online meeting services instead of around the same table this year.
The Hierophant reversed could also be warning us against an extremist of some sort. A religious fanatic, a cult leader, or even a politician or enigmatic business leader. The world feels strange at the moment and many people could look to a leader to light the way. We must be wary of the motives of such a leader and not be easily led down the wrong path.
